Selfmate in 2
White must induce the d1 bishop to move off the first rank. However, this alone is insufficient; to fulfil the task, White has to also ensure that none of their pieces can interpose on the check from the black rooks on g1 and h1. For example, 1.Ne2+ Bxe2+ or 1.Rb3+ Bxb3+ fails to solve the problem, as in each case either wRd6 or wBa6 can intercept on the first rank.
The key is 1.Qe6!, threatening 2.Qb3+ Bxb3#. Black can block the white queen by placing their knight on c4 or d5. However, this comes at a cost, as it interferes with either the wBa6 or the wRd6. The consequences are:
1...Nc4 2.Rb3+ Bxb3#
1...Nd5 2.Ne2+ Bxe2#
